We are aware of this and offer our candidates coaching, management training and reorientation advice.
The starting point for coaching can be taking on a new leadership role or smart and strategic management of its own resources in an application phase. At the beginning of a potential process, we always have an intensive conversation to get to know you and clarify your personal goals. Personality analysis
In the area of personality analysis, we work with LINC GmbH, which has developed a new personality analysis concept with the University of Lüneburg, Germany. The LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER represents a new approach in personality analysis and development. An online tool that is based on the most psychologically sound models and creates a very differentiated profile of character traits, motives, and competencies. The individual results enable a completely new view of the own personality and thus - ideally in conjunction with training or coaching - become the starting point for real, sustainable further development.
